Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a technical role, At least 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, technical knowledge in areas such as: Software Solutions, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Networking, Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations, Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present clear business value to clients, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Good understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
customer-facing and relationship-building skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, Experience working with cross-functional teams, Commercial awareness and business acumen, Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
What You'll Do.
Serve as technical point of contact
Understand customer business requirements
Design effective technical solutions
Conduct product demonstrations
Build client relationships
Address technical questions
Support RFPs and RFIs
Provide customer feedback
Assist in solution architecture design
Prepare technical documentation
Participate in customer meetings

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams; Work with cross-functional teams
