What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field., Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a technical role., At least 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture., Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations., Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms., Excellent communication and presentation skills., Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present clear business value to clients., analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities., Good understanding of the full sales cycle and customer engagement process., Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
customer-facing and relationship-building skills., Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously., Experience working with cross-functional teams., Commercial awareness and business acumen., Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Serve as main technical contact

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.; Experience working with cross-functional teams.
