What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation, Hands-on practitioner background in corporate treasury, Hands-on knowledge of US banking connectivity standards: SFTP file transfer, Host-to-Host (H2H) connections, SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs, Experience working with a broad range of US banks, including regional and community banks, Understanding of corporate treasury workflows: cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, forecasting, Track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, ideally with mid-market or enterprise companies, Excellent communicator β equally comfortable in a CFO meeting and a technical integration discussion, Comfortable with ambiguity and building structure where little exists
Nice to Have
CTP designation preferred, Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP)
What You'll Do.
Coach and guide Account Executives on how to structure and deliver treasury-focused demos
Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts
and how to handle technical objections
Develop reusable enablement assets: demo scripts
treasury workflow guides
bank compatibility matrices
and integration one-pagers
Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product
ensuring real prospect and customer insights shape the roadmap
Partner with Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles
bringing treasury and technical credibility to discovery calls
Customize product demonstrations to reflect prospects' specific cash management workflows
Lead technical and treasury-focused conversations with CFOs
and Treasurers to uncover pain points and map them to Agicap's value proposition
Build and present tailored business cases and ROI analyses to accelerate deal velocity and increase average contract value
Run proof-of-concept evaluations and sandbox environments for prospects
managing the technical track of the sales process end-to-end
Respond to RFPs and security/technical questionnaires
Contribute to competitive positioning by developing deep knowledge of US alternatives and articulating Agicap's differentiation
Serve as the primary expert on US banking connectivity during the sales process
advising prospects on integration paths (API
SWIFT) with their existing banking relationships
Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear
non-technical language for CFO and Controller audiences
Proactively engage with US banks β both large national institutions and regional banks β to build and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation
Help prospects anticipate integration complexity early
reducing post-sale surprises and accelerating time-to-live
Work hand-in-hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup for new customers
Lead or support technical configuration of SFTP
and SWIFT connections across US banks
including large nationals (JPMorgan
Citi) and smaller regional institutions
Build and maintain a living playbook of US bank integration specs
and known requirements to reduce setup time across the team
Troubleshoot connectivity issues during onboarding and serve as an escalation point for banking integration challenges
Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when needed
Feed market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap
Track and report on the impact of pre-sales involvement on win rate

Work closely with our Account Executives throughout complex mid-market sales cycles; Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless banking connectivity for every new customer; Coach and guide Account Executives on how to structure and deliver treasury-focused demos; Train and upskill AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and how to handle technical objections; Establish a feedback loop between the field and Product; Work hand-in-hand with implementation and customer success teams to streamline banking connectivity setup for new customers; Liaise with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when needed
Communication Scope
Excellent communicator β equally comfortable in a CFO meeting and a technical integration discussion; Translate complex connectivity concepts into clear, non-technical language for CFO and Controller audiences
