What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field, Demonstrated experience as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager and/or Estimator, Development Manager, Owner’s project management representative or other Commercial Development and Construction related disciplines, Project management experience managing multiple projects across numerous sites and regions from design phase through implementation and operation, including negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts
Nice to Have
Comfortable with standard commercial office leases and associated legal terms, Keen understanding of sourcing/procurement, facilities operations, vendor management, and customer service, Ability to communicate complex project execution strategy and plans clearly to internal and external stakeholders and lead diverse groups of staff and contractors, Experience operating within at least two disciplines in the construction industry, Demonstrated capability in the planning, design review and implementation, and project management /control of new structures & the enhancement of existing facility buildings, Demonstrated success in communicating project requirements to various audiences, Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Demonstrated success in communicating project requirements to various audiences
