background in large-scale construction projects (data centre / industrial / pharma preferred)
What You'll Do.
lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover to project delivery teams
managing bid strategy
and stakeholder engagement to ensure all submissions are commercially robust and technically compliant
manage the pre-construction/tendering process from enquiry through to final decision
Manage and coordinate internal teams including design
Develop (with aid of Operations) and review methodologies
Logistics Plans and technical submissions
Collate project risks and opportunities during the tender process
Coordinate with clients
and supply chain partners during bid phases
Support cost planning
and procurement strategies
Ensure all submissions are aligned with client requirements and company standards
Manage bid presentations and post-tender clarifications
Oversee smooth handover to project delivery teams
Obtain feedback from Clients and Stakeholders and implement learnings
Provide feedback to supply chain on their tender submissions

The **Pre Construction Manager** will report into the Pre-Construction Director, lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities from initial enquiry through to contract award and handover to project delivery teams.
