Must Have
Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry, Comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation
Nice to Have
Previous administrative or construction support experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Provides administrative support for grading and paving projects to ensure jobs are set up correctly and ready for execution.

Create and track purchase orders
Review invoices for accuracy
Submit invoices for approval
Resolve discrepancies as needed
Assign and create job numbers and customers in AP
Enter cost codes and add jobs to Job Cost
Prepare Job Setup packets
Set job status to Awarded and Active in B2W
Create job folders on the P Drive
Distribute Job Setup packets to assigned teams
