12 months previous experience in a dispatch coordination environment, Interpersonal skills, telephone skills, communication skills, active listening, customer focus, Typing skills, technical awareness, A good geographical knowledge of the service area, Excellent customer service skills, well developed communication skills

Conduct pre-commissioning checks of ticketing equipment
Perform system diagnostics
Document test results
Prepare detailed reports
Pack ticketing equipment
Pick stock for kit preparation
Cross-check kit contents
Verify quality and condition of components
Conduct final inspections
Monitor progress of requests
Maintain accurate records of inventory
Report shortages or discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement
Coordinate with warehouse teams
Liaise with team members

Explore more on Cubic.com. # **Job Details:** ### **Pre-Commissioning Activities** : * Conduct detailed pre-commissioning checks of ticketing equipment to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications. * Perform system diagnostics, firmware updates, and initial testing to identify potential faults before installation. * Document test results and prepare detailed reports for project managers and stakeholders. ### **Equipment Packing and Handling** : * Safely pack ticketing equipment into designated boxes with appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during transportation. * Label and categorize equipment accurately to align with project requirements and inventory systems. ### **Stock Picking and Kit Assembly** : * Identify and pick stock required for kit preparation based on project-specific bills of materials (BOM). * Assemble kits with the necessary components, tools to support on-site installation teams. * Cross-check kit contents against inventory lists to ensure completeness and accuracy. ### **Quality Assurance** : * Verify the quality and condition of all components prior to packing and dispatch. * Conduct final inspections to ensure all equipment meets project standards and customer expectations. ### **Inventory Management** : * Monitor progress of requests to ensure they are escalated in a timely manner to support Cubic’s cont
