High school diploma or equivalent, 5 years manufacturing experience, Prior leadership experience, Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials, Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, Perform repetitive tasks, Basic mechanical aptitude, Ability to follow written instructions, Ability to follow verbal instructions, Reliable attendance, Punctuality, Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds
