Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our Electrical Engineering and Software practices. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing a team of experts and specialists, driving technical excellence, supporting business growth through pre-sales activities, and developing organizational capabilities across the practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills, along with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams of experts and specialists.
