What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4-6 years of management experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire

Nice to Have

urgent care, medical practice, hospital, with multiple-site responsibility preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or other applicable degree preferred, Bilingual a plus

What You'll Do.

Manage multiple sites administrative

Mentor and train supervisors and staff

Ensure successful administrative

Deliver inviting and hospitable patient environment

Provide exceptional patient experience

Collaborate with team to support mission

Provide mentorship and training to staff

Coordinate site cleanliness

Monitor patient visits

Manage site openings and closings

Monitor patient wait time

Monitor patient follow up

Ensure DOH compliance

Manage daily front and back-office operations

Test equipment for quality assurance

Interact with vendors

Liaise with patients regarding concerns

Maintain patient confidentiality

Monitor site expense budget

Keep purchases/expenditures within PNL guidelines

Inspect facility for repairs

Follow-up with corporate departments for support

Analyze and report on business metrics

Create action plans based on metrics

Implement and monitor CityMD culture

Ensure formal performance reviews are completed

Collaborate with HR team for development plans

Manage employee relations issues

Administer terminations

Hold departmental meetings
