Must Have
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with P&L accountability in a healthcare or service-oriented environment, leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization, Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting capabilities, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service orientation, Ability to analyze data and implement effective operational strategies, Technologically savvy, with a solid understanding of systems and processes
Nice to Have
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
