Must Have
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, support, and develop team members, financial acumen, including experience managing P&L, KPIs, and budgets, Excellent organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail, Demonstrated experience delivering outstanding customer service in a service-focused environment, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships, Problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-focused mindset, Experience in process management and driving operational excellence, Proficiency with IT systems and practice management software, Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within a healthcare or similar regulated environment
Nice to Have
Background in healthcare, dental practice management, or similar service-focused industry, Experience as a lead dental nurse or in a senior clinical support role, Proven track record of staff recruitment, induction, and retention, Experience with practice performance analysis and strategic planning, Familiarity with dental practice operations and patient care coordination, relevant management qualifications or healthcare administration experience would be advantageous
