2–5 years of experience in medical office management, Experience with medical software systems, demonstrated knowledge of proper coding (ICD-10), medical billing processes
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Manage daily operations
Supervise and develop medical office personnel
Ensure practice delivers exceptional patient service
Collaborate with RPM & RVP and Practice Partner
and maintain office policies
Oversee compliance with HIPAA
Provide administrative support to physicians
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Enforce office policies and procedures
Perform other related duties as needed
