What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting, Bachelor's degree required OR work experience equivalency (3+ years medical practice management experience), Exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, other relevant medical practice regulations, computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hands on approach to team building, willingness to work hard

Nice to Have

1-2 years’ experience in Dermatology, Experience with medical software, knowledge of medical billing and coding process, Proven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth

What You'll Do.

Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration

This opportunity promises to be both professionally and financially rewarding by helping to grow an already highly successful medical practice. * Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems. * Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activities. * Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues. * Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures. * Oversee compliance related activity. * Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks. ## Qualifications * Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask. * Effective personnel management including training staff and delegating duties. * Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations. * Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard.
