What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting, Bachelor's degree required OR work experience equivalency (3+ years medical practice management experience), Experience with medical software, Knowledge of medical billing and coding process, Exceptional communication skills, Ability to multitask, Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, Thorough knowledge of OSHA, Thorough knowledge of other relevant medical practice regulations, Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hands on approach to team building, Willingness to work hard
Nice to Have
1-2 years’ experience in Dermatology, Proven experience building office culture, Proven experience building cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth
What You'll Do.
Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration
daily bank deposit activity
office maintenance and computer systems.
Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection
and other personnel related activities.
Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues.
implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Oversee compliance related activity.
Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks.
