Must Have
3–5+ years of leadership or management experience, Experience managing financial performance, including budgeting, labor, or cost control, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
veterinary experience preferred but not required, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital
Maintain ownership of financial performance
Manage inventory and supply ordering to maintain appropriate cost of goods
Oversee scheduling and payroll processes to support both patient care and operational efficiency
Lead and develop hospital team members
including coaching and performance management
and client service experience
Support implementation of company initiatives
and operational standards
Ensure compliance with hospital policies
and regulatory requirements
