BSA degree, Experience supporting EMR or technology platform rollouts, Background in HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation standards, Bilingual in English and Spanish
What You'll Do.
Oversee all day-to-day operations
Own scheduling accuracy across providers
Maintain legal and accreditation compliance
Accomplish center operations by communicating
Support and uphold policies
Oversee inventory management and purchasing
Lead operational oversight of clinical workflows
Monitor and manage location-level KPIs
Serve as primary point of contact for Aesthetics Management System adoption
Partner closely with nursing leadership
Be a cultural role model
Proactively identify retention risks
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for all staff
Own the patient experience from first contact
Serve as escalation point for patient concerns
Oversee before/after photo documentation workflows
Partner with clinical leads to identify and close experience gaps
