What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, driving MMx projects, personally building and delivering MMx models in US market, operationalizing LLMs for commercial use cases, embedding AI analytics platforms into commercial workflows, foundation in AI governance, Mastery of programming and data science tools (Python, R), machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch), large-scale analytics environments, visualization platforms, workflow automation, HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA, regulatory standards
Nice to Have
special consideration for degrees in life/physical sciences, applied sciences (computer science, mathematics, data science), or engineering, experience training and mentoring analytics teams, Familiarity with CRM (e. g. , Veeva), omnichannel metrics, multi-touch attribution (MTA), AI-driven next-best-action frameworks
