Define Kraken’s global point of view on great data operating models— covering organisational patterns
Create scalable transformation playbooks
workshops and client approaches that help organisations adopt modern data practices.
Enable delivery teams to lead stronger client transformations through practical frameworks
coaching and senior escalation support.
Develop reusable data value use cases and transformation patterns that accelerate adoption and create compelling business proof points.
Lead critical and complex client conversations
particularly where organisational change or data transformation risk is involved.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in partnership with the technology and operational teams at Kraken as well as the client to deliver results for our client’s project or business needs.; Work closely with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
Communication Scope
Lead critical and complex client conversations; challenge and influence senior stakeholders
Process & Methodology
managing a tech domain (billing, finance, comms. . ) for our client projects, supporting long term migration projects
