As a Practice Experience Manager, you will be responsible for increasing territory revenue by selling Alcon's vision care portfolio of products. This is achieved by promoting Alcon’s innovative technology and partnering with Eye Care Practitioners using a needs-based selling approach to match Alcon products with doctor and patient needs. **_Responsibilities:_** * **Account Management:** Develop and grow relationships with customers to help generate new opportunities and ensure all customer demands are met, helping to advance business within the practice. You will create and execute strategic plans and routing schedules for the territory to capitalize on revenue from the highest potential customers. * **Customer Needs Clarification:** Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision makers and influencers within the customer organization; and ask relevant questions to gather information, to evaluate the customer's level of interest, and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation. * **Sell Customer Propositions:** Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and/or services offered by the organization that meet the customer's needs, together with quantities and product configurations.
