As our Practice Development Facilitator, you’ll lead the design and delivery of impactful learning interventions including inductions, coach colleagues to embed best practice, and champion continuous improvement across our services. You’ll work closely with teams to ensure every colleague has the skills and knowledge to make sure that each customer receives exceptional, person-centred support aligned with their Life Plan. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver engaging workshops and coaching to support colleague development * Facilitate reflective practice and team learning to improve service quality * Support performance reviews and career development
