Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced knowledge of Adobe, Experience with document management systems, Experience with electronic signature software programs, Proficiency in core legal administrative assistant functions, Ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks, Ability to take direction, Ability to work independently, Ability to effectively work well with others, Ability to write clearly and professionally, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, 4 to 5 years supporting lawyers and paralegals with administrative or client-related tasks
What You'll Do.
Communicate effectively with clients
Schedule domestic and foreign travel
process reimbursements
Collect and prepare information for conflict checks
Open new client matters
Draft engagement letters
Learn client-specific billing guidelines
Apply billing guidelines to invoices
Enter and manage work requests
Perform electronic and paper filing
Perform file maintenance
Assist lawyers with time entry
Operate independently to ensure completion
Produce high volume of work
Perform clerical duties
