1 year of relevant work experience within a practice setting, 2 years of administrative leadership experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered, Demonstrated communications and analytical skills, professional billing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial management, personnel management, team building, appropriate interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field

What You'll Do.

Maintain daily operations and general management of practices

Supervise subordinate practice managers

Provide support to operations management related to providers

Develop educational planning programs

Allocate and assign duties to employees

Monitor activities and operations of practice components

Provide support and leadership for due diligence

Oversee all practice sites within a designated area

Manage multiple provider support

Manage significant FTE

Oversee directional service line

Oversee daily operations and financial control

Organize and direct daily operations at site

Participate in recruitment

Oversee work and evaluate performance of staff

Establish office staffing patterns

Delineate job responsibilities

Review and approve time sheets

Implement and maintain systems to procure supplies

Justify capital purchases

and job development programs

Oversee facility management

Prepare annual management action plans

Implement and plan short and long term goals

Foster effective team member communication

Ensure collection and compilation of quality assurance and clinical data

Perform other duties as assigned

Oversee reports and manage financial and statistical performance

Ensure completion of required reporting

Supervise charge entry

Ensure timely daily deposits and financial tracking

Review all factors affecting operating cost

Participate in the development of the annual budget
