Respond to skier information requests

Direct and welcome visitors

Inform clients about activities

Receive and respond to complaints

Provide temporary help to departments

Sell and issue season passes

Enter pass data into computer

Send mailings related to passes

Ensure ski supplies are available

Transmit ski condition reports

Update weather reports

Update station information

Assist with special events

Collect money for lockers

Manage bag check cloakroom

Manage lost and found items

Collect found items from departments

Promote pass sales via telemarketing

Assist supervisor with tasks

Act as team resource for training

Act as team resource for procedures

Perform other assigned tasks
