You'll play a key role in a busy press and communications team and support in building on Monzo’s reputation as a trusted digital bank that is growing at pace on the back of a strategy that has its customers at the heart. Reporting to a Senior PR and communications manager, you'll be supporting the execution of the trust strategy that brings together everything from launching the latest industry-first products, to consumer campaigns around scams or raising awareness about how we protect our most vulnerable customers. You’ll be an ambassador for communicating brilliantly, and for obsessing about our customers and our mission. You’ll be hands-on and part of a busy press office that manages a range of topics and issues.
