Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, industrial technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), 1–3 years of experience in PPAP, automotive quality, or semiconductor manufacturing, working knowledge of AIAG PPAP, IATF 16949, and core quality tools (FMEA, MSA, control plan), Proficient with digital tools and documentation systems commonly used in quality and engineering environments, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently, High sense of ownership and follow-through, Comfortable coordinating across time zones and technical groups, Adept at interpreting technical data and quality documentation, Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of automotive expectations
