# ******Job Description Summary****** Acts as the technical focal point for engine workscoping and shop visit readiness, driving timely escalations to keep engines moving through the visit and bridging technical gaps through structured investigation and Flight Deck problem-solving. Collaborates with MRO, MRO PSE (Engineering), customer teams, materials, quality, and the customer to translate fleet health and contract requirements into executable workscope, ensure material and repair readiness, and resolve findings without delaying flow.
