What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, Stationary Steam Engineer (SSE) license in Ohio, Knowledge of complex processes or ability to learn
Nice to Have
Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula, Experience with FDA, cGMP, Experience in a highly regulated industry, Prior job experience in manufacturing plant, Experience with self-directing teams, Experience with lean manufacturing concepts, Experience with statistical process management, Desire to learn and grow, Seek out training opportunities, Actively work to improve skills
