Must Have
Minimum 5 years of technical and managerial experience in power systems, knowledge of electrical power systems including substations, transformers, and protection systems, Experience in maintenance and operation of railway or metro power infrastructure, Ability to review technical documentation and maintenance strategies, Experience in contractor performance management and evaluation, Good understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations

Oversee maintenance activities of all power systems
Ensure safe and efficient operation
Verify O&M activities meet safety standards
Monitor and evaluate O&M Contractors’ performance
Assess contractor performance
Oversee mobilization of O&M Contractors
Review contractor submissions
Ensure compliance of contractor deliverables
Coordinate between O&M and DB Contractors
Support integration of power systems
Provide technical expertise
Advise on asset management strategies
Ensure proper documentation and reporting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate effectively between O&M Contractors and Design & Build (DB) Contractors; Work with industry partners and clients; Work with global team of consultants, designers, engineers and project managers
