Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, Minimum 5 years of technical and managerial experience in power systems, knowledge of electrical power systems including substations, transformers, and protection systems, Experience in maintenance and operation of railway or metro power infrastructure, Ability to review technical documentation and maintenance strategies, Experience in contractor performance management and evaluation, Good understanding of safety standards and electrical regulations

Oversee mobilization of O&M Contractors and sub-contractors
Review contractor submissions including asset management plans
Ensure compliance of contractor deliverables with contractual requirements
Coordinate effectively between O&M Contractors and Design & Build (DB) Contractors
Support integration and alignment of power systems with overall metro operations
Provide technical expertise and guidance on power systems engineering

### **Job Description** ## Overview The Power Systems Expert is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, performance, and reliability of all metro power systems during the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. This includes high, medium, and traction power systems such as substations, cables, transformers, and protection equipment. The role ensures that all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations and Employer expectations.
