Work on cutting-edge solutions that strengthen grids, enable renewable integration, and accelerate the energy transition—perfect for fresh graduates in Electrical, Power, or Energy Engineering. **How you’ll make an impact** * Develop, implement, validate, and deliver simulation models to our customers in tenders and projects using various power system tools to support grid optimization and renewable integration * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our R&D, and customers, to gather requirements to support the design of effective technical solutions. * Create software in the loop model of real-time control functions * Perform testing and validation of power system models and associated tools. * Perform RMS simulation studies with customer networks * Prepare clear and structured technical documentation and reports. * Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in power system modeling. * Contribute to knowledge sharing by supporting, training, and collaborating with colleagues throughout project execution. **Your Background** * M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least three years of experience in power system analysis. * Knowledge of, or experience with, power system simulation tools such as RTDS, PSCAD, PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, MATLAB and EMTP. * Interest in or experience with programming (e.g., C++, C#, FORTRAN, DSL, Python, MATLAB), control theory, signal processing, and dynamic modelling. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve comple
