We are supporting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM) MAPMO with **a Technical Program Analyst role** focused on application development, automation, and system modernization. This role supports enterprise systems used by tens of thousands of users annually and centers on building and maintaining applications and automation workflows within the **Microsoft Power Platform**. Candidates may come from a Power Platform background or a traditional software development background, with the expectation that solutions will be delivered using **Power Apps and Power Automate**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Utilize Power Platform (Code Language: Power Fx) or computer science skills to design, launch, and sustain digital applications that gather, process, store, and showcase data. * Create, implement, and manage advanced automation workflow systems that extract, transform, and load data from outdated sources into modern databases like SQL while automating communication processes. * Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and engage clients to comprehend project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. * Apply Power Platform or computer science skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with digital Power Apps or Power Automate systems and their functionality within the DHS CBP environment. **Clearance:** * **CBP/ICE Public Trust with suitability or DOD Top Secret.
