Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) Build and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing Power Platform solutions Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and best practice standards Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Power Apps Microsoft Power Automate Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook Familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and custom integrations Understanding of low-code/no-code development best practices Experience working in Agile delivery environments Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
