Must Have
FOUR (4) years of professional experience, Experience building Power Apps solutions, including designing interfaces, managing data connections, and optimizing performance, Ability to work in a hybrid environment and, based on client needs, may be required to work onsite up to five days per week, Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance, US Citizenship is contractually required, Bachelor’s degree (4yr college degree), Experience writing technical requirements, test scripts, and working with modern software technologies, Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Understanding of Power Platform governance, including CoE components and environment strategy
Nice to Have
Active Secret or higher-level clearance, Experience delivering user-focused applications that require flexible layouts, mobile accessibility, and rapid iteration, Experience in “Big 4” or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft partner, BAS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, Experience with public sector clients, Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology, Microsoft PL-900 or similar certifications

This role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric applications that leverage the flexibility of Power Apps to meet a wide range of business needs.
