This is a full-time, in-person position. This role will lead administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments. The position partners closely with business and IT teams to ensure scalable platform architecture, strong governance, and efficient solution delivery across the organization. This is the person who makes it safe for the rest of the company to build, by keeping the platform compliant, cost-controlled, and well-governed as agent development scales. Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Lifecycle Administer Power Platform environments (Development, Test, Production) and Copilot Studio environments through Power Platform Admin Center Own environment strategy including provisioning, environment groups, Managed Environments, and organizational standards Manage application lifecycle (ALM), including solution deployment, versioning, and releases via pipelines or Azure DevOps Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity and proactively resolve issues Security & Governance Configure and manage Dataverse security roles, permissions,
