Full Job Description
Mainly responsible for the component design, build issues, test problem solving and related document output of power module products，need to have work experience in power electronics, inverter or power module # ** _Key Accountabilities_** # l Structural design of next generation power module and output related documents (DFMEA, WI and BOM, etc.); l Responsible for detailed component design of power module (Insert molding plastic and rubber parts, stamping heatsink and clamp) and evaluate the feasibility of the design with inverter design team, plant and supplier (Process, assembly, electrical clearance, etc); # l Dimensional chain analysis and tolerance calculation of each component, assist thermal, fluid and strength analysis, and optimize component based on simulation results; # l Problem analysis and solving of power module in processing, assembly and testing; # l Need to host the design review with global team and cross function team # l Other temporary work arrangements; # ** _Key Competencies_** # l Master degree or above in mechanical engineering or related; # l At least 8 years’ experience in mechanical design of power module or inverter.
