Must Have
Proven experience operating and maintaining power generation systems, Sound knowledge of electrical systems, diesel generators, and power distribution equipment, Competency in reading technical manuals, electrical schematics, and equipment documentation, understanding of health and safety protocols, particularly electrical safety standards and procedures, Excellent organisational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records and documentation, Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues systematically, Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving abilities, Ability to work shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, Reliable, conscientious approach to work with a commitment to safety
Nice to Have
Relevant technical certifications in electrical systems or power generation, Experience working in remote locations or island-based operations, Knowledge of renewable energy systems or hybrid power solutions, Supervisory or mentoring experience within an operational setting
What You'll Do.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all power house equipment in accordance with established schedules and manufacturer specifications

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our power generation facilities, ensuring reliable and efficient energy supply to our resort.
