As an Amazon Power Generation Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide full life-cycle engineering support to AWS Data Centers' Power Generation Systems (PGS) from design inception through commissioning, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will be the senior 'go-to' engineering resource when technical advice is needed on power generation technologies, and will leverage deep subject matter expertise across diesel generators, natural /gas turbine systems, fuel cells, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and emerging technologies such as Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). You will engage with diverse cross-functional teams to: * Lead troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective Action (CA) documentation for power generation system failures and Site Impairment Events (SIEs). * Directly support operational issues with ad-hoc training, complex operating procedure reviews, and critical event support for power generation equipment. * Interface with internal data center desig
