Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, At least 8 years of hands-on industry experience in power electronics design and development, Experience with power electronics topologies, power semiconductor devices, gate drive design, magnetics, and control methods, Solid understanding of analog control, Working knowledge of thermal management, PCB layout, and electro-mechanical considerations for high-power designs, Experience supporting safety, EMIC, and regulatory requirements for power electronic products, Experience contributing to multiple phases of product development, from concept through production, Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly with cross-functional teams, organizational and time-management skills, Consistently exhibit and model Delta Q values (Collaboration, Perseverance, Innovation, Driving Results)
