Nice to Have

Class 3 Driver's License or higher with a clean abstract, Ability to obtain certifications in Confined Space Entry, WHMIS, and Asbestos awareness

_**COMPANY OVERVIEW**_ Arctic Arrow is a Canadian-owned powerline contractor specializing in transmission, distribution, and underground utilities work across Western Canada. With operations throughout British Columbia and Alberta, we are committed to safety, reliability, and operational excellence. _**POSITION OVERVIEW**_ The Power Cable Technician Foreman will be responsible for splicing, terminating, and/or repairing XLPE, PILC, and PR cables and cable terminations. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing distribution and/or transmission cable systems ranging from 12kV to 230kV. The successful candidate will plan, supervise, and lead crews in the execution of work, with a solid understanding of quality control standards, condition assessment, inspection, and testing procedures for cable installation and maintenance. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating work assignments and liaising with management on project progress.
