## Description We are seeking a Power BI Developer with 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise reporting, analytics, and data intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, dashboard development, and report automation. Experience with Databricks and Power BI administration is highly preferred. Python experience for AI, analytics and automation is considered a strong asset. ## Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards Develop complex SQL queries and data models for reporting and analytics Support integration of data from multiple enterprise systems and cloud platforms Collaborate with business stakeholders and Product Owner to gather and translate reporting needs into technical specifications Support data validation, troubleshooting, and report performance optimization Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides Assist with Power BI administration, workspace management, and access controls Support AI-driven data intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives to enhance business insights and decision-making ## Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, SQL, and data visualization best practices Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and databases Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Dev or Data Analyst) are a plus. ## Preferred / Nice-to-Have Power BI administration experience including workspace, gateway, and security management Experience with Databricks and Azure-based data platforms Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting Understanding Lakehouse architecture, data warehousing concepts, and enterprise reporting archite
