Minimum 3 years of powder coating experience, Basic knowledge of powder coating and surface preparation, visual inspection skills, Understanding of material handling, Ability to follow verbal instructions and work in a team, Mechanical aptitude and comfort with coating equipment, High attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have

SSPC or PCI Certification, Knowledge of PLC, HMI, or other automation programming, Experience in sheet metal manufacturing

What You'll Do.

Set up and operate powder coating equipment (manual and automated)

Apply coatings using electrostatic spray methods for consistent finishes

Perform water sampling/testing for quality control during pre-treatment wash stage

Prepare and load sheet metal parts on conveyor systems ensuring proper grounding

Select and verify powder types based on specifications
