We operate at the intersection of clinical oncology, experimental biology, and computational genomics, with a focus on decoding chromatin architecture and epigenetic regulation in cancer. Our work combines 3D genome mapping, functional epigenomics, and multi-omic integration to understand tumor heterogeneity and identify clinically actionable regulatory mechanisms.
