Must Have
PhD within previous 5 years, Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or Computational Biology, or related field, Published method development track record, Linux and Python background, Statistics, machine learning, and/or deep learning background, Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, Experience with Git and GitHub
Nice to Have
Experience with Next generation sequencing data formats, Experience with Haskell, R, and LaTeX, Willingness to work in a team environment as well as independently

Work with data from cutting-edge technologies
Develop novel computational methods
Identify cellular populations using multiomic integration
Track cancer-cell evolution across treatments
Identify biomarkers associated with different anti-cancer treatments
Determine tumor microenvironmental factors
Disseminate research through conferences and publications
Develop reproducible pipelines for high-throughput data analysis
Enhance writing skills by contributing to grant applications
