PhD within previous 5 years, Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or Computational Biology, or related field, Published method development track record, Linux and Python background, Statistics, machine learning, and/or deep learning background, Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, Experience with Git and GitHub
Nice to Have
Experience with Next generation sequencing data formats, Experience with Haskell, R, and LaTeX, Willingness to work in a team environment as well as independently

Track cancer-cell evolution across treatments
