Must Have
Doctorate degree in relevant field required, No previous experience required, Learning Agility, Teamwork, Technical Proficiency, Communication
Nice to Have
Ph. D. in chemistry, engineering, materials science, or a closely related field required, Minimum one year of relevant postdoctoral, industrial, or university research experience preferred, experimental design, data analysis, technical writing, collaborative research support, Demonstrated ability to design and execute laboratory and/or field experiments, analyze data, and maintain accurate research records, scientific writing skills, communication skills, Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, staff, and external collaborators in a team-based research environment, Proficiency with standard research software, data analysis tools, Microsoft Office applications, and laboratory instrumentation relevant to the department, Knowledge of research compliance requirements, laboratory safety practices, and responsible conduct of research, organizational, communication, and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
