**Overview:** The Post-Baccalaureate Research Associate provides coordinated support for both scientific and operational aspects of research activities under the mentor’s guidance. This role is designed for recent college graduates seeking hands-on experience in clinical, translational, or laboratory research prior to enrolling in medical school, graduate programs, or other advanced training. This role is specific to entry into the Research Post-Baccalaureate Program. Hired Post-Baccalaureate Research Associates will be expected to complete program requirements within year 1 of their hire date, with the possibility of an extension for a total of 2 years from their hire date.
