**Job Family Group:** Staff Department/Office: Associate Director, Center for International Engagement (Zhaoxi Time Type: Full time Compensation: $17.00-$21.17 _Please note, starting salaries are based on factors including internal equity, relevant experience, and education._ Exemption Status: Non-Exempt **Job Description:** Responsible for coordinating EAST programming which includes tasks such as event planning, marketing and outreach, day-to-day administration, student record keeping and expense reconciliation, curriculum support, and alumni relations. ****JOB DUTIES**** * Coordinates planning of foundational high-visibility events such as EAST faculty/staff/student/alumni receptions, program information sessions, conferences, workshops and guest speakers. * Uses innovation to create new programming and build the EAST community. Collaborates to provide programming during ISO/NSO for community families. Supports and coordinates CIE assessment activities. * Designs, produces and disseminates all EAST publications and maintains presence including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.). Staffs promotional table at University and community events. Manages communication with community partners around San Antonio. Maintains records of students including guest lists and mailing lists. * Supports faculty-led study abroad to EAST regions, including coordinating faculty/staff/student/alumni participation, creates promotional materials and organizes/facilitates promotional events, and traveling to support these programs abroad. Supports faculty-led events such as visiting speakers, book signings and film screenings. * Disseminates travel grants and student scholarships. Maintains budget and completes timely expense reconciliations. * Serves as a liaison and collaborates with the Center of International Engagement, University Strategic Communications, Residential Life, Chartwells, Development, Alumni Relations and others as needed. ****ADDITIONAL DUTIES**** * Coop
