Must Have
Tertiary Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy), Assessed as Provisional or Advanced level practitioner by the NDIS Commission against the PBS Capability Framework
Nice to Have
Specialist knowledge in the field of trauma-informed practice, forensic disability, mental health, out-of-home care, youth justice, or other related discipline
What You'll Do.
Lead a team of frontline PBS Practitioners
clinical supervision and oversight
Ensure effective assessment and strategies
Develop and implement person-centred support
Manage and implement PBS clinical internal audit
deliver and evaluate behaviour supports
Provide secondary consultation to practitioners
Provide advice in positive behaviour support
Provide guidance and clinical supervision
Contribute to training strategies
Support and review PBS practitioners monitoring
Access and actively participate in supervision
Lead and contribute to PBS and Hearth Allied Health organisational audits
