Produce quality Posiflush syringes
Keep area and machines clean
Complete quality checks
Ensures compliance with BD quality systems
Ensures compliance with safety regulations
Monitor operations for product quality
Monitor operations for equipment performance
Make adjustments to equipment
Perform product changeovers
Assist with equipment repair
Assist with equipment trouble shooting
Keep machinery neat and orderly
Keep work area neat and orderly
Keep floors neat and orderly
Comply with GMP requirements
Perform quality inspections
Record data accurately
Communicate with utilities
Communicate with department scheduling
Maintain minimal material inventory levels
Develop optimal task methods
